Not only the Bloomington office but the Eden Prairie office as well. Sometimes I need to drive to the location in EP because of certain testing equipment. The front office staffs at both locations are always awesome. Drs. Lannom, Blaschke, and Anderson always take their time explaining everything that’s going on with your peepers. They don’t pressure you into buying new glasses if your vision hasn’t changed enough to warrant it. I’ve been a customer for almost 20 years now and I’m not changing…..for one thing – the staff at Family Eye Clinics are amazing. If you go to one of those cut rate eye places, you may save up front but it’ll cost you in the end. Take it from someone who over uses their eyes on a daily basis, you need the trained professionals at Family Eye Clinic to ensure you have the best eye care possible.
we brought in my 4 year old daughter for a second opinion. Sure enough, her prescription she got at a different eye clinic was way too strong and refused to wear her $450 glasses! Came here and they were able to find a prescription she was comfortable in and now wears the most adorable glasses we got here all the time!! The staff is super friendly and now my whole family will be going here! THANK YOU!
Dr. Anderson was thorough and had a great sense of humor, too! Vy was wonderful helping me choose my RX glasses and sunglasses. Can’t wait to get them! Lots of fun styles and brands to choose from! Thanks for a great experience 🙂
Friendly staff. Convenient location. Nice selection of frames. Jerry Blashchke is an excellent optometrist.
I took my six-year-old in to get her eyes checked because she was complaining and I thought it was eye strain. He did a thorough exam, checked her vision and made her feel very comfortable and made her laugh while she was there. Turns out she has great vision and the doctor thought she may have just been sleeping with her eyes a little bit open, which I guess is very common for young children. I recommend this clinic definitely for children so far. The rest of my family will also be coming here the next time someone needs their eyes checked.
My eye health was clearly explained. Every one of my questions was answered completely. What else does a person need?!
I continue to come here even though I now live in Minneapolis. I would never think of going anywhere else.
DON’T LOSE YOUR FLEXIBLE SPENDING DOLLARS!
Flexible spending accounts (FSA) allow you to deduct pre-tax dollars from your paycheck and then be reimbursed for health-related expenses up to a specified amount, as determined by your employer. FSA’s often expire on December 31st, requiring you to use those funds, or lose them. They usually do not “roll over” to the next year. Eye examinations, prescription eyeglasses, and contact lenses usually qualify for these programs. Don’t lose your FSA funds. Use those dollars before the end of the year, by purchasing a new pair of eyeglasses or contact lenses!
